At the start of your thread title please post in brackets (These: []) what Game Library you are using, if you do not know then put [N/A]. If I was using Irrlicht then I would do this:

[Irrlicht] Need help with loading a sprite

Or if I was using DirectX 10 I would do this:

[DirectX 10] Need help with loading a sprite

Also please be as specific in your questions as possible and post ONLY the code that has the error WITH A LOT of comments, as much as you can give. This will help us understand what you are doing wrong and help you with it.
